1. Eligibility

Only radio stations are allowed to register. Forums are excluded.

Only owners of radio websites or their authorized representatives may sign up.

2. Multiple Registrations

A station may not be registered under multiple web addresses or subdomains. If this happens, the most recently registered entry will be deleted.

3. Website Usage Terms

Trademarked names may not be used in URLs, names, or texts.

Free websites may only be registered with the original homepage address of the provider (e.g., Npage or Beepworld).

Not allowed:

• Subdomains or forwarding domains from external providers (e.g., Nic.de.vu).
• Inline frame (iframe) pages.
• Redirects to other domains.
• Subdomains or subpages of already registered radios.
• Direct links to the Shoutcast server or Shoutcast status (only the homepage start page is allowed).
• Vote streams (pages that automatically call voting pages).
• Incomplete websites or under-construction pages (e.g., “Under construction,” “Maintenance mode,” “Opening in XX days”).

The website must be accessible at all times without restrictions (no script or access blockers).

4. Email Requirements

Only accounts with a valid, long-term accessible email address are allowed.

Temporary email addresses are prohibited.

Accounts with invalid email addresses will be deleted immediately.

5. Banner Guidelines

Only youth-appropriate banners are allowed.

Maximum banner size: 468 × 60 pixels (standard size) and a maximum of 600 KB.

Oversized banners will be automatically scaled or lead to registration rejection.

6. Vote Button Requirement

The vote button must be unchanged and visible on the homepage immediately after registration.

No small or hidden buttons (e.g., in tabs or slow-scrolling elements).

Without a vote button, no activation occurs, and the account will be deleted after 6 hours.

Vote buttons of other registered radios may not be embedded.

Click streams or automatic voting are not allowed.

7. Voting Rules

The vote button must be clicked at least once every 6 weeks.

After 6 weeks without voting, the account will be temporarily suspended and reviewed.

Removing or making the vote button difficult to find may result in account deletion.

8. Technical Limitations

Only one vote per internet connection is allowed every 6 hours.

Attempts to bypass this restriction (e.g., vote streams) are prohibited.

Sharing the vote link is only allowed on the registered radio website.

9. Regular Checks & Sanctions

Compliance with the rules is checked irregularly.

Sites with malware warnings will be deleted immediately.

Fraud attempts will be detected and result in a ban.

Anyone who violates the rules twice and is deleted may not reapply for 3 months.

10. Ranking & Reset

Placement in the toplist is based on the number of votes (“hits in”).

The list is reset every 14 days.

11. Other Provisions

Websites without banners will receive a replacement banner.

The administrator may delete or edit accounts without prior notice.

A valid email address and a complete imprint (name, address, email) are mandatory.

By signing up, users are automatically subscribed to the newsletter.

There is no guarantee of constant availability of the toplist.

Accounts that negatively impact the toplist's loading time may be temporarily suspended.

The toplist assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from its use.

12. Account Deletion

Before requesting an account deletion, the vote button must be removed or the website must be taken offline to avoid accidental deletions.
